Congratulations to the 2007 Yearbook Staff on winning a Nebraska High School Press Association "Award of Merit" for the their 2007 yearbook "007 Eagles...Elgin Eagles". They also earned special recognition by receiving the "Golden Kernel" award for excellence in the area of "Coverage".
Last year's staff included Danny Henn, Michelle Oppliger, Wes Prater, Meghan Schindler, Jonathan Gunderson, Brandon Anderson, Billie Beckman, Becki Schindler and Allie Schiltmeyer.
Receiving special recognition from the NHSPA judge were Becki Schindler, Allie Schiltmeyer and Meghan Schindler for excellent coverage and information on their pages.
