A&P Ch. 7--neurotransmitters
You are to do research on a neurotransmitter. First check out the following link to get a better idea of neurotransmitters in general.

Your choices for neurotransmitters are:
acetylcholine, norepinephrine, dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, histamine, GABA
You must answer the following questions in your report:
1. What is its function?
2. Where is it produced in the body?
3. What disorders are caused because of an imbalance?
4. How do they treat these disorders?
5. What drugs may alter the body's use of this neurotransmitter?
6. Anything else you may find that will help us learn about this topic.
