Eligibility
- Graduating senior who resides in the Upper Elkhorn NRD or whose family owns land within the Upper Elkhorn NRD
- Overall grade point average of a "C" or 2.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Must plan to attend an accredited college, community college or vocational school
- Must be planning to major in an area related to natural resources or agriculture
- Student must submit an application and cover letter to the Upper Elkhorn NRD before the April 6, 2012 deadline.
