Science Fair testing is underway!
The students have brainstormed, researched, and predicted--and now it's time to test! Today marked the first testing day for the students as they prepare for the 10th annual 7-12 science fair.
There are animals (hamster, mouse, fish). There are plants (corn, pinto beans, green beans). There is cereal, manure, clay, pop, hair dyes, bacteria, cheese, and many other random items being used as students have their assigned testing days over the next two weeks. As they test, they record their materials, variables, and each step of testing to ensure that their experiment is valid and could be duplicated. The results from these experiments will be recorded and analyzed as they continue through the scientific method!
Manure, anyone?
