2012 Prom

Plans are well under way for the 2012 Elgin Public Prom. The theme of "Neon Nights" has been chosen and will include glow sticks. The colors will be a variety of purple, blue, pink, green and yellow. Plans are being made and we will start ordering decorations and glasses in November. The Juniors will create the majority of the decorations themselves to save money. We have already had a couple of class meetings to discuss plans and will have a few more to vote on glasses and finalize our plans.
The Juniors have booked "Michael's Photography" of Norfolk for their photos, "Jo's Catering" of Elgin for the dinner (to be chosen at a later date) and Kelly Kerkman's "Splendid Sounds" for the dance. Pictures will be from 7:00PM to 8:00PM followed by dinner at 8:00 PM and the dance from 9:00PM to Midnight.
