  4. Announce Posting of Open Meetings Law 

  5. Board Reorganization - oath of office of newly appointed members, elect the board president who then takes over the meeting - Includes legal designations for bank, newspaper, bus inspector, official financial agent, non-discrimination officer, and attorney.

  2. Accept the resignation of Logan Douglas

  3. Approve the purchase of Ipads for the Elementary with the ECF funds

  4. Approve purchase of heat pump motors

  5. Approve possible purchase of Gator

A current copy of the meeting agenda is available in the superintendent’s office.  The agenda shall not be altered within 24 hours of the meeting unless the item is of an emergency nature.

For a board to have a “closed” session, a majority of the voting members must vote for the session and it must be clearly necessary for either:

  1.  Protection of the public interest; or

  2. The prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual, and if the individual has not requested a public meeting.
