The Spanish Club was an asset to the list of extracurricular activities that students at EPS could participate in. They have been busy with many events. The Spanish Club had walking tacos at the concessions on December 10, 2021. The walking tacos were a hit for their first time selling them. They would like to thank everyone who helped them out at the concession stand and to the people who bought/donated the supplies. The Spanish Club has also been collecting aluminum can tabs for a fundraiser. There are buckets to put your tabs in at Dean’s Market, Boomerangs, the Bargain Box, Post Office, and Total Image Salon. Some of the money received from this fundraiser will be donated towards the Latino Center of the Midlands in Omaha, or the el centro de las americas in Lincoln, which works on U.S. citizenship, GEDs, general health, family support, and community assistance.
