Meet Superintendent, Dr. Gayla Fredrickson. She is sharing her duties between Elgin and Ewing Public Schools for the second year. Dr. Fredrickson is in her third decade as an educator. She taught in Montana and South Dakota before becoming an elementary principal. She served as an elementary principal for six years before accepting her first appointment as a superintendent. As a superintendent she has served the Edgemont School District in South Dakota, the Hay Springs School District and the Elgin School District in Nebraska.
