The Wolfpack wrestling team continued to show improvement as they finished in the runner up position at the Elgin Tournament. The Wolfpack scored their highest team total of the season with 217 points, while Palmer won the meet with 251 points.
Those winning 1st place medals were Devin Brown 125, Anthony Hemenway 135, Beau Henn 152, and Oliver Rivera 171.
Finishing 2nd were Sebestian Janssen 119, Austin Heying 125, Nathan Anderson 130, A. J. Braband 145, Nick Farmer 160, Dylan Heithoff 189, and Jared Seier 215.
Other medalist were Tyler Childers 112 and Shane Vanis 135 finishing 4th, while Allen Miller 112, and Shane Beckman 119 placed 5th.
The wrestlers next competition is January 16th at the Gibbon Invite.
