10:54-11:40 H.S. Music: Monday: Piano – Continue with Chapter 5 reps and preps exercises. Be able to play Finger crossings (learning scale finger positions) and altered hand positions on pg. 72 & 73, as well as the songs that correlate with exercises. Tuesday: Theory – Lessons 45-47: TWL sixteenth notes, rests & dotted note values and counting them in music. Do worksheet and guided practice on computer. Wednesday: Preschool @ 10:55 – 11:20: teach music songs and basic concepts. Review piano concepts and songs remainder of class. Thursday: History - Continue chapter about Classical music. Listen to examples on video and discuss & take notes from thinkquest. Friday: No School.

Rehearse songs to choose for District Music contest – ‘Ye Shall Have a Song’ and “Send Down the Rain”. Do each voice individually then together. Make sure notes are learned efficiently.
