EPS Decks the Halls for the Holidays

Mrs. Eisenhauer and the Third Graders

On Monday, December 8, the halls of EPS were bustling, as students and teachers rushed to put the finishing touches on their doors and trees.  The holiday hustling was all in honor of the second annual Deck the Halls contest sponsored by the student council.

Elementary classrooms are taking part in the tree decorating competition, while jr. high, high school and staff members are competing in the door decorating category.

In addition, everyone has been invited to contribute to the decorating of the campus Christmas tree located outside the gym doors.

On Monday, December 22, staff and students are encouraged to participate in a Holiday Spirit Day.  Break out those ugly Christmas sweaters, dress in red and green, or go all out and don the full Santa Suit. Following lunch, the student council will judge all participants in two categories:  1)  Ugliest Sweater  2)  Most Festive Apparel.

Thanks to everyone for joining in the fun and festivity of the season!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Student Council Elves!
